| Description | Hi Kinbay, SKB's QA was reported an issue that volume 0 inon disappears after warm booting. Jira ticket : https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BPM-32295 SPTEK has reviewed this issue, and the issue is being reproduced in the following steps. 1. Set volume 0 on Live and check volume 0 icon appears 2. Go to sleep mode by press POWER key 3. press volume button 4. Go to wakeup mode by press POWER key 5. Volume 0 icon disappears After performing the above procedure at least once, this issue continues to occur even if you do not press the volume key in Sleep state. SPTEK says that this issue occurs if the device is changed to speaker even once, as shown in the log below. ================================================================================================================ 05-08 13:26:14.374 3810 3810 D AS.AudioService: streamType = 3, device = speaker called : MediaSessionService ================================================================================================================ Please check why it changes to speaker when you press the volume key in sleep mode, and consider keeping it as HDMI. Hi Jung After we review the behavior in the log We think that will trigger unplug and plugging of the HDMI signal when in sleep mode So the audio output will change when the HDMI is on unplug status. Hi Kinbay The root cause of this issue is the issue on the MW side. It has been modified by MW and will be applied in the next FW So I will close this ticket. Thank you YK.Jung |
